Community Park Pavilion Reservations

How to Rent a Pavilion in our Community Park 

Our Community Park is located at 21 Frederick Road, Thurmont , Maryland. 

 The Community Park Pavilions are year-round facilities, however pavilions are only reserved April through October.  Reservation requests are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis to the public starting the first working Monday of the current year. 

*Please note that while the park is open year round restroom facilities are only open May through October.

There are three Pavilions located within the park.

  • Large Pavilion "A" can accommodate approximately 125 people - Cost $50 weekends only, No cost during the week
  • Small Pavilion can accommodate approximately 50 people - Cost $30 weekends only, No cost during the week
  • New Large Pavilion "B" can hold approximately 90 - Cost $50 weekends only, No cost during the week  

To make a reservation complete the reservation form below and bring it in to our office or you can email it to us, call the office for email address.  After we receive the signed form and payment we can move forward with securing the reservation on the calendar.   Payments can be made either in person by cash, check, or credit card, or over phone by credit card.  For any questions please contact the Town Office at 301-271-7313.
