PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing that will be held by the Thurmont Planning & Zoning Commission on an accepted petition and proposed resolution to enlarge the corporate boundaries of the Town of Thurmont by the annexation of +/- 16.6868 acres of land located at 304 Apples Church Road. The proposed zoning request is R-5. The hearing will be held on February 25, 2021 at the Thurmont Town Office, 615 East Main Street, Thurmont, Maryland at 7:00 p.m. Please Note – there are currently no in person attendance at Town meetings.
